• Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the server hosting our website will operate continuously, flawlessly, and free of viruses or other potential issues.

• Booking and Payment

You can book a tour and wine tasting at the winery through our website. Booking is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason. Payment for the tour and tasting must be made in full or as a 30% deposit at the time of booking. We accept both debit and credit cards. The remaining balance must be paid on-site before the tour and tasting, either by card or cash.

When purchasing wine through the website, payment must be made in full.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy may vary based on the type of booking. For bookings cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. In other cases, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, or a refund may not be provided at all, depending on the type of booking and the time of cancellation.

Purchased wine may only be exchanged or returned if the unopened bottle is damaged or defective. Otherwise, products are non-returnable.

• Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after the cancellation of the booking or the return of the product.

• Pricing

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

• Delivery

Shipping costs depend on the quantity of products purchased. For orders placed before 18:00, delivery within Tbilisi will be made within 2-3 hours of purchase. Orders placed after 18:00 will be delivered by 12:00 the following day.

For regional deliveries, delivery times and costs are determined individually and depend on the quantity of wine purchased.

• Damage Compensation

By using our website, you agree to compensate for any damage caused and to leave our winery premises without any further claims or demands.

• Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any legal actions arising from or related to these terms or your use of our website shall be exclusively conducted under Georgian jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website, you agree to be bound by any changes made to these terms.
