Production

Production Peradze Winery's new, modern facility, designed with international standards in mind, is equipped with European-made stainless steel tanks, qvevris, and French oak barrels, allowing us to produce various types of premium wine from Georgian endemic grape varieties using both classical methods and the qvevri and barrel aging techniques. 

The high quality, aroma, and rich tones of Peradze wines are ensured by meticulous adherence to and control over the entire production cycle. Every process, from hand-harvesting selected grapes to bottling, is carried out at a professional level under the supervision of our experienced technologist and winemaker, and most importantly, with a deep love for wine.

Quality Control

The production of premium wine is unimaginable without constant quality control. That’s why our facility houses a modern laboratory equipped with advanced technology, where continuous monitoring of the product occurs throughout the entire production process, from raw material reception to bottling. A quality management system has also been implemented at the facility. 

It’s important to note that compliance with standards and ongoing supervision at all stages of production ensure the highest quality of our wines, along with their exceptional and unforgettable taste.

Peradze Winery's products are sold both on the local market (in high-end hotels, restaurants, and specialized wine shops) and in several countries around the world. 

To date, our wines are exported to the markets of the USA, the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
