History
The history of Peradze Winery begins in 2017, when Irakli Peradze turned his special relationship with winemaking into a business and established a family winery. From the very beginning, the focus was on producing high-quality products. In its first year, the company produced 6 types of premium wine, totaling about 10,000 bottles, which were sold in the local market.
The combination of ancient winemaking traditions and culture with modern technologies and standards facilitated the company's development and the production of unique, high-quality, and diverse wines. Over the years, both the quantity of products produced and the variety of wines and sales markets significantly increased.
It should be noted that in the very first year, Peradze's wines gained recognition from both wine professionals and enthusiasts.
Location
Peradze Winery is located in Armazi, just 4 km from the historically and culturally rich city of Mtskheta, near Tbilisi. The stunning nature, nearby historical monuments, modern facilities, well-maintained grounds, and most importantly, the best Georgian wine guarantee our guests a wonderful atmosphere and positive emotions.
The promotion of Georgian wine and the increased flow of tourists have significantly developed wine tourism in the country. Quality products, location, infrastructure, and environment are the advantages that attract both local wine lovers and foreign tourists, as well as visitors to the capital to Peradze Winery.
Production Infrastructure
In 2024, Peradze Winery opened a new modern facility equipped with the latest machinery and technology, which includes a winery, cellar, laboratory, tasting area, and wine shop.
Our premium wine is made from selected high-quality grape varieties grown in Georgia's three main winemaking regions (Kakheti, Shida Kartli, Imereti).
Today, the annual production volume amounts to 80,000 to 100,000 bottles of wine. The assortment is diverse, including fifteen different types of wine.
It is worth noting that Peradze Winery proudly continues the 8000-year uninterrupted tradition of Georgian winemaking by producing quality wine from the best grape varieties and introducing consumers to the history and culture of Georgian wine.
